Machining Quality Control

 

Strictly control raw material quality.

ØMaterial Mill Certificate check

ØLaboratory test for quality verification periodically.



For conventional machining process, In-Process quality control will take place.


For computerized control machining, details will be measured via CMM / Laser Scan periodically to verify machining accuracy.


Design Quality Control


Familiar with North American and European die standards, namely Borse, Magna…etc


Fully study new Customer’s die standard prior to design.


Internal Design Review.


Design Review with Customer for final quality assurance.


Sample Parts Quality Control


Visual defects inspection


Fixture inspection, 85% quality before proceed to CMM/ Laser Scan.


In production situation, 3 parts will be inspected via CMM/ Laser Scan prior to production.


Fixture inspection every 10 hits to control part quality.


5 pcs full layout report/ CPK/ PPA study will be provided.
